Orders are cancelled and refunded because: Address error, order was returned, order has been in transit for 30 days with no delivery date, order was left unsent for 10 business days
-Please do not compare the size of Natu Eggs to the size of other sellers. Our eggs are smaller than most sellers because we have custom sizes! Natu Yoni Eggs are specifically made in different sizes to tone and heal you. You will not get a refund if our egg is not the same size as the other sellers. My Sizes are recommended by my gynecologist.
-Please read each description and page carefully before sending us a message. Most of your questions can be answered on this website. This allows us to get to order issues faster. You will not be communicating with the store owner (Nerissa)if you have shipping questions, need website help or any other technical difficulties. With that said, please be discreet with your personal issues. Please do not send questions about your order through instagram because they won't be answered.

-If you did not get string with your Yoni Egg it means we don't have any. You can buy some on Amazon or easy. (1mm .8mm .5mm the string size). Bamboo Cord, Cotton, or Hemp is recommended.
-Sometimes the tracking number is not sent automatically due to technical issues. Please contact us with ORDER # so we can resend it.
All 3 Yoni eggs in the small set are not sold together. This allows you to mix and match the sizes and gemstones as you like. Please read the description under your purchase carefully before ordering.
-If you ordered from Naturotica, please do not send a message through neneorganics.com regarding a Naturotica order because it won't be answered. The websites are owned by Nerissa Irving but they are not under the same store platform. Naturotica order numbers can't be found in Nene Organics platform.
-Small Sets: All 3 eggs are not sold together. This allows you to mix and match the sizes and gemstones as you like. Click the size dropdown menu and pick the size you want from the set. For example, pick a large egg from the rose quartz small set, a medium egg from the white jade small set and a small egg from the black obsidian small set. Or you can pick “large egg” and a medium egg from the small set. Build your own set or buy one egg.
-Restocking info will be posted on the Instagram ( @naturotica ) page or you can signup to the mailing list on the home page. If you don't get any restock notifications it's because we are not restocking that item right now . We won't be able to give you an estimated date on when the item will be restocked if you email us to ask.
Please remember that this is a store and not a clinic. Questions will be answered in a timely manner. The wait can sometimes be long. If you have an emergency then please see your doctor.
-No refunds on orders that have been tracked and delivered in your inbox but some how you can’t find it.
-Your yoni egg order will be replaced if it arrives broken. Photos will be needed of your damaged yoni egg.

- High volume days can take up to 2-10 days to ship out from packaging location.
-If you made a mistake on your shipping info and the package is returned because of your issue you will have to pay the shipping cost again
-If you received the wrong order please use the return label and ship back so we can send your correct order.
-When you receive a notification from the website saying your order has been fulfilled, that means your order was sent to the post office to be shipped out. You wont be able to track your order until it is shipped.
-Free shipping doesn't include Steam Chair orders
-No order returns unless we sent you the wrong product
-Orders that have been tracked and remain in transit for over a month will be refunded or replaced if the product is in stock
-Orders that have been returned due to delivery issues will be refunded automatically
